Your property is in safe hands with our team of experienced lettings specialists who are ARLA Propertymark qualified or training to become members themselves.
If you opt for one of our managed services, we will conduct inspections of your property every four to six months to ensure that all necessary maintenance is carried out promptly. We also know that some landlords have had bad experiences before with other agents by either instructing works without consent or adding a little extra on for themselves to your invoices.
Rest assured we ensure that all routine maintenance is quoted and approved before execution, there is no ‘uplift’ on what you are charged.
We have in house property management so instructing us as your agent means that you have dedicated human beings to look after you and your investment. No call centres here thank you!
We hire respected, and qualified, local tradespeople to support other small and family run businesses within our community. We treat them as extended members of our team, this means that in most cases they will put our clients homes first over others. Great in those emergency situations!
We also have a 24/7, 365 day a year way for your tenants to report any issues to us. If it’s an emergency we do ask them to call 999 first, we’re great at lettings although not so hot at putting out fires!
In a non-emergency tenants can also let us know online, via our website, of any issues as and when they happen.
